We are SAWG Labs (us and/or we). We have developed and facilitate the Brillion Smart Wallet (Wallet), a smart wallet that provides users (Users) self-custody of digital assets and identity.
You can create an account (User Account) and access your Wallet on our Website: https://brillion.finance. The creation of a User Account, the use of a Wallet, visiting the Website and all services related thereto are collectively referred to as the Services.
Our website has been developed by the Webflow agency Gemeos.
This is our Privacy Notice. In this document, we explain what kind of Personal Data we may collect via our Services. We also explain what role we have in the processing of Personal Data, how long we retain them, and what rights you have as a data subject.
